To give our guests more choice, we offer two levels of service: Gold and Silver.

Gold Service (Chalet Elise and Chalet Forestiere)
Fantastic service, quality chalets and top locations
Includes:
- Full breakfast (continental and different daily cooked option)
- Freshly baked cake or biscuits for afternoon tea
- 4-course evening meal with wine
- Bedrooms and communal areas cleaned daily
- All bed linen and towels
- Transfers to and from Geneva airport

Silver Service (Chalet Bruyeres)
Quality and simplicity – excellent value chalet holidays in Les Gets, 5 mins from the piste
Includes:
- Continental breakfast
- Freshly baked cake or biscuits for afternoon tea
- 3-course evening meal (wine included)
- Bedrooms cleaned once during the week
- Communal areas cleaned daily
- All bed linen and towels
- Transfers to and from Geneva airport

A bit more on…
Evening meal: With our Gold Service, each course is plated then served to the table. With the Silver Service, meals are more straight-forward to cook, but just as tasty and served in large dishes on the table.
Transfers: Being met at the airport, brought to the front door of the chalet, and returned safely at the end of the week, is part and parcel of both Gold and Silver Service.
Ski hire, lessons and passes: We do everything we can to do all the boring stuff (like queueing up for lift passes and arranging lessons and ski hire), so you don’t have to.

Ski hire, lift passes, ski lessons, flights and insurance* are not included in our prices.

*You must have adequate insurance for a snow sports holiday, including cover of cancellation of holidays for any reason, off piste skiing, liability and medical needs.

We have one day off during the week.
